FTP keeps disconnecting / can't be accessed from time to time

Hi,
I'm on the fris server and I'm having trouble uploading / deleting files from my account, the FTP connection keeps disconnecting or won't connect. When I eventually do get on it's extremely slow, and don't stay up very long until it disconnects again.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I don't think fris has been fully configured.

How much longer should I expect it to take before it's fully configured?
Now I can't get a FTP connection at all, it just says the server is not responding.

Fris was restarted and is not fully accessible now. See status.x10hosting.com for updates.

Fris should be fully operational again at this point. The status page has not been updated to show that yet. Are you still having difficulty with your uploads?

Hi I tried it again and it worked better this time. But it still did disconnect a couple times. Anyways I managed to get what I needed uploaded. Thanks!
