FTP log-in

I am trying to log into my folders via ftp, but it keeps asking for my password, which I am giving correctly. Anyone know what the problem is?

You can try going to cPanel -> FTP Accounts and create a new FTP account and see if that works.

Are you sure you are using the correct credentials? I just checked mine (I’m on lotus server) and they worked just fine.
