FTP login errors

Hello, I can since about 3 days ago no more connection to my FTP account.

This is the fault which prints the program Filezilla

Connection established, waiting for welcome message ...
13:49:49 Trace: CRealControlSocket:: OnClose (10053)

13:49:49 Trace: CControlSocket:: reset operation (66)
13:49:49 Error: Failed to connect to server

I have unfortunately not found anything by searching on the subject.

Per Cpanel and Filemanger I come to the FTP. But since no folders can load down. Only single files.
For 3 days ago always run without problems.

This may be another hickup due to the server transfers. I'd just sit tight as the administration team are doing their best to iron out problems.
