FTP login problem

Although my website is back, I'm having trouble logging onto FTP. This is the message my FTP is giving me despite enter the correct username and password, etc. I've always used:

"Login failed.
The FTP server did not accept your login credentials.
Either the username, password, or hostname could be incorrect."

Also, use this as your FTP server: starka.x10hosting.com
