FTP login problem

I can't access to my FTP, I try with FileZilla but it says "No se pudo conectar el servidor" (Couldn't connect to the server).

There was an issue with FTP earlier. Are you still having the issue?

what url are you using to connect. IF your not using stoli.x10hosting.com, try that.
