FTP login text and protocol

Can anyone provide the information to log into my website using FTP. Specifically, what is the specific text for "Host" address, Name, etc.? The website is "hutchhigh".

I would appreciate some help. This site was established years ago and due to reinstalling Windows I have lost the FTP information, etc.
