Create a FTP account, and try logging in with the FTP account you just created, tell me if that worked.

i fixed it

well i fixed it it was blocking my ip

so i connected thru someone elses ip address muhahaha

dang proxy dont work well my ip os blocked

well i once had my ip blocked from ftp but i used a proxy and its fixed!! But i don't like to use proxy all the time!!

nvm...i fixed it. just had to tweak a couple of network settings
