ftp not connecting

i cannot access my ftp. its not working, it says login failed though i used correct password. i even tried opening new ftp account still not working. help please, i tried in both filezilla and firefox. the error i received in filezilla is as follows
"USER lovingoo@sboaiscool.x10hosting.com
Response: 331 User lovingoo@sboaiscool.x10hosting.com OK. Password required
Command: PASS ********
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server"

Change your capnel password from account panel and then try.
