ftp not working with password

for some reason, i try to log in to my ftp, username works, but password doesnt. I am positive i am using the right one though.

ftp.khaotic.pcriot.com

username: khaotic


Also, i have a parked domain, and i went to my original site, khaotic.pcriot.com and it said page doesnt exist, and domain is free...

If your password contains any unusual characters eg "'`/\@ etc there can be issues depending on your client. Try setting your password to something short (between 6 and 8 characters) that are a-z and 0-9 to be sure.

Your website is working for me with both your primary and your parked domain.
What error are you getting?

Clear your cache and your temporary files, make a flush of your DNS and try again.

how do i flush my dns?

Also, I cant get into ftp. Something is up with password. I know I am using the right one though.

To flush your DNS: Go to Start > Run > Type: "cmd" > On the command line type: "ipconfig /flushdns".
Are you able to login to cPanel? http://khaotic.pcriot.com:2082/

Use as hostname: 67.228.161.42.

What information are you using to login to cPanel?
You should use:

Port: 21
Host/Domain: khaotic.pcriot.com (If it doesn't resolve to an IP Address put instad of the domain the IP: 67.228.161.42)
Username: Same as your cPanel username.
Password: Same as your Password username
