FTP not working

Hi, Is there any problem with FTP?
I'm trying to access ftp.quadminds.com.ar but I get this error:

Status: Connecting to 74.63.233.26:21...
Status: Failed to connect to "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Cannot connecto to the server

Chopin is the server currently undergoing the most intense migration. You should wait for the server to finish before connecting to the FTP.
