FTP not working

I am trying to connect to my site's FTP, to upload a folder for a Mybb theme (I don't knowhow to upload a folder using cPanel), Filezilla connects then disconnects. Here is the messages I get:

Does anybody know how I can fix this error or upload a folder using cPanel?

I've not used Filezilla but my FTP program has an "Anonymous" checkbox which is UNchecked. When I check it, the username changes to "anonymous". Look in Filezilla for a similar option and uncheck it. Your username and password are the same as those for your cPanel.
