FTP not working

Hello sir,,

I tried all the possible values but my FTP connection z getting failure again n again..

I dont use sub-FTP accounts, I access the main FTP account already enabled with full directory listing..

But now my FTP client WS FTP showing an error stating that "connection to the Host Failure"

Finding Host sonuame.x10hosting.com ...
Connecting to 69.175.121.66:21
Connect failure
"

Please help me out

Try putting your host address as boru.x10hosting.com

Let us know if that works, and post any specific errors you are getting.

ping the IP 69.175.121.66 from your computer, and show me what output you got.

Problem resolved....

Ping was perfectly giving the replies then I just Shutdown my Firewall and checked again... I got my FTP working...
