FTP not working

Hello i am new here, and i cant seem to be able to connect to my ftp via filezilla. I downloaded the file folowed the instructions and its not working

Use ftp.boru.x10hosting.com:21 (temporarily)

Consider using cpanel >> filemanager > upload.
It has much higher file upload limit =64 MB

Okay, thanks for the quick reply. But after i uploaded the files i found out that my website isn't working.

That's because of network issues.

Administrators have been alerted on that.
