FTP not working

Hello! My ftp is not working anymore. I even tried to add new ftp user but when I want to login into filezilla with the credentials it's not working.

Are you getting any error when logging into the account panel?

No, the account panel is working great.
I get this error on filezilla:
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Both credentials? The account default ftp user, and the ftp account you created. Can I have the default domain?

Try a web ftp client to find correct ftp settings. https://www.net2ftp.com/index.php
