FTP not working

Hi All,

I have a free hosting with x10hosting. The site name is csystems.x10hosting.com. It was working perfectly until some hours ago the FTP stopped responding. :dunno: The FTP can't even Login to the site with any of the FTP clients. The only way to get inside is the FTP client in the CPanel which is not an option for bulk uploads.

Please help me out as I'm running short of deadlines for my projects.

N.B. I have also tried absolut.x10hosting.com as the hostname for the FTP.

No luck duh!! The following arror is generated:

Status: Resolving IP-Address for csystems.x10hosting.com
Status: Connecting to 74.86.133.24:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

Please help.

Are you using Filezilla? If you are you need to disable multiple connections otherwise the firewall may block you.

Thank you for your response. I am using FileZilla but the multiple connections are not active during the usage. Moreover I am using basic ftp method from the Explorer and it is generating the following error.

Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access the folder.

Details:
The server name or address could not be resolved.

Please help.
