Ftp not working

all i get is this

Connecting to 'http://gheaven.x10hosting.com' on port 21...

then after a while. i get this,

Unable to connect to the specified FTP/HTTP server.

why is this ?

have you tried using ftp://gheaven.x10hosting.com ? Using the windows command line ftp client everything looks good.

i tryed this address to connect n still the same

im using ftp surfer!

I have got this working now!
