FTP on absolut

not sure if the transfer of absolut has been completed or not, but my account has been transferred. at this time i am unable to connect via ftp, getting these error messages:

Status: Resolving address of ftp.cmosbob.pcriot.com
Status: Connecting to 216.245.208.154:21...
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Could not connect to server

i copied the info from the ftp help page in cpanel to get the server info.

FTP is up and working on Absolut. If it still doesn't work, please wait for the transfer of accounts to be completed.
