FTP on my website

Hi, I am new to X10. But I will include the information as you wish:
CPANEL: brianjw
URL: http://gzgtestsite.x10hosting.com

Is it possible to use a FTP program like SmartFTP instead of using the file manager in Cpanel? I hate the file manager and wish to be able to use something a little easier like my program.

You can use a ftp program. Below are the connection details.
Server: gzgtestsite.x10hosting.com
Username: brianjw
Password: cPanel Password
