I didn't know where this topic goes that's why I posted it on the Offtopic section.
I need some help.I've set up an FTP account but I can't resume my uploads.Filezilla gives me this "Append/Restart not permitted, try again".I believe the problem is permissions. What can I do?

It could be because of many reasons:
You should
1.check your firewall, it could interfere with FileZilla after its update.
2.Your FTP account (or the resource in question) has an FTP disk space quota set, you cannot store more data than this quota allows. The administrator of the FTP server has to change the FTP server config to raise or lift the quota.
If any of these are not the reasons,
finally, try using your cpanel user id and password to connect to your server
i.e, site address : "yoursubdomain.x10hositn.com"
Login type set to " account"
user id : cpanel user id
password : cpanel password

Then it should work..
