FTP problem

I cannot connect to my web site via ftp (I use FileZilla program). Every time it tells me that my password is wrong.Please help me.

Can you access cPanel? Make sure you are using cPanel username and password in FTP connection.

Thank you for your reply. I cannot connect to the cPanel using my name, only using e-mail as name.
