FTP problem

Hello. I had worked with the FTP with the domain koun-3la-bal.x10.mx and it worked fine. But after I changed the domain to dhika.co.cc it would NOT work. I tried both CoreFTP and Filezilla and also tried under a different account but no clue what the problem is.
Could there be a hold or something blocking off the server connection? what should I do?

Yes.There is a problem with co.cc account settings.

You have to enter ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com as the nameservers in the co.cc domain settings.
