ftp problem

my ftp command window reads:

Command: MLSD
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

what is this? How can I rectify this problem. Please help :frown:

Hi,
The sites are functioning fine.SO public_html is working.
Can you access cPanel ?
If so, in cPanel, go to Ftp accounts section and try accessing the "configure ftp accounts" section.
There you will find all details of ftp access.
Password for default ftp account will be your cPanel password
You can make an ftp account for any specific folder as well.
Try and revert back if you face a problem
