FTP Problem

I have a ftp problem because when i try to accesses it, it is telling me that the server refused my connection. ( I have tried every ftp uploader i can think of even online ones) Please help thank you, Jonah norton

Please help

as a start - for your x10hosting free-hosting account's FTP use:

Host: (your account's primary (main) domain) or (your server's IP address) - Port: 21

Protocl: FTP - File Transfer Protocol

Encryption: Use plain FTP

Logon Type: Normal

User: (your cPanel user name)

Password: (your cPanel password)
