FTP problems on Starka

Hosting Server : starka

We are given errors when we log through FileZilla.
ECONNREFUSED as in this post :

But when I connect through the windows command ftp, I am able to connect, but it is very slow.

Pages load slowly also on the site...

I saw other posts about it, but it was said that the problem was fixed, but it isn't for me...

FTP seems to be working just fine on my end with Starka. A few stutters here than there are understandable considering the nature of Free Hosting, but it's responsive otherwise.

I am however noticing Starka dropping my FTP connections in a rather short period of time. Seems as though when that happens, my client needs to re-send the login info and then send the command before it possibly drops again. I wonder what may be up with that.

It was working fine yesterday after I posted, maybe someone fixed it after seing the post...

But the problem is back now... when you load my site, http://lsss-slapshot.x10.bz, it takes a noticeable long time, and look, it is plain text with links ! Shouldn't be that long...

And try now the ftp... Really long... Most ftp client will timeout before it gets an answer... Filezilla does...

And I am also experiencing those connection losts...

You checked at a moment where it was OK the other day Smith, now it is back very slow... Can you test again on tyour side ?

FTP's at max capacity at the moment on my end. It is replying however.
