My last ticket was closed without any response whether or not my problem is going to be solved or has been escalated. So I am reposting it.
I have been having FTP problems since boru update. My public_html directory has been removed by x10hosting during the update. Resulting in the error "421 Home directory not available - aborting" in Filezilla when I try to access the FTP.
This is not something I can solve by myself can you look into this. If you are not able to could you please reply and let me know so I can look into other options.
I would also like to use your offer for a free upgrade to an Illuminated account.
