FTP Problems

I can't connect on the FTP. I have connected before, like tomorrow was the last time, but today when I tried it didn't work. My username is habbohaz and my site URL is ihabbo2.x10hosting.com

Hello, sorry, but I dont speak eninglish very well. But i have the same problem.
I have created an account, and i wanto to conect it buy te WS_Ftp program, but i can´t.

I wrote:

ftp.(sitename).x10hosting.com
user
password

But i can´t connecting!!!!

Please, tell me why?

I have restarted FTP and will monitor it for a bit for problems.

can i ask why the FTP KEEPS going DOWN?? :wtf:
It works great for about 30 mins then it crashes.:thefinger
To me it sounds like its being over loaded when its up by the flood of people trying to upload to it when they see its up and it just cant stand up to the demand of the flood clients uploading to it. :sad:
