FTP Problems?

I have been trying for a while to use ftp to access my files.
However, it just stays there at: Resolving ftp
For some reason, no ftp program will resolve today.
Had no problems yesterday.

FTP should be working fine now. Try again and see if it works.

Nope... However, I also lost access to my site... it seems any site with co.cc is down.
Edit:
Ok, seems as if it was because co.cc was down. I had been logged into my site, so somehow, it let me refresh and all... That should not have been, though....
