FTP problems

Hi. Didn't want to clog up the official support because (knowing me) I'm probably doing something obscenely wrong.

I've recently got my account. I've made an FTP account, and I'm using FileZilla to log in. But I can't. It just reports not being able to connect to the server.

The address I was given to use is: ftp.egypt.pcriot.com
And the user affix I was given to use is: @egypt.pcriot.com

ok i was having this same problem earlier today, but luckily i figured it out. Ok using quick connect follow these instructions

1. Enter sftp://ftp.egypt.pcriot.com as the host.
2. enter your username you use (ex. egypt) in the username box
3. enter your password
4. enter "22" in the port

then click connect and it should work, if you get a message click OK and it will work.

hmm.. I just seem to be getting different issues with those changes.

Error: ssh_init: Host does not exist
Error: Could not connect to server

im not sure, but it works for my im not much help in this catagory, just keep tinkering around with it, thats how i got mine to work
