FTP says max users reached

FTP says max users reached, but no one is logged in, I need to get at my files. Is there any way to reset this.

Please note my cPanel also won't load, but yes, the site itself does.

Try using cossacks.x10hosting.com as your FTP Host...

421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry

I have the same problem, it only occurs when I'm trying to put a file onto the ftp. Also the
cossacks.x10hosting.com server doesn't change anything.
