ftp server connection issue

attempting to connect to ftp server for a free hosting service i have
using Microsoft expression web

ftp server: ftp://ftp.cnavarro.x10hosting.com
username: cnavarro

getting error message: "Could not find a Web server at 'ftp.cnavarro.x10hosting.com' on port 21. Please check to make sure that the Web server name is valid and your proxy settings are set correctly. If you are sure that everything is correct, the web server may be temporarily out of service."

ports 20,21,22 are open on netgear router and windows firewall is disabled. please help

I confirm, have the same problem with both ftp://justifiedmusic.com and ftp://justifiedmusic.x10hosting.com

Filezilla says "Unable to connect".

Previously, everything worked fine.

Your issue is most likely related to server transfers.

By the way, I just visited your FTP links and was presented with an Authentication Required window, which would indicate the server is found now.

Either visit that link already provided about the server migrations, or create your own support thread. Don't hijack others support threads.
