You want to upload files into your public_html directory to be seen at the main link to your site.

I made a mistake and deleted the public_html file..What should I do?

Just create a new directory and name it public_html in the home directory (which is what you see when you login to FTP)

A folder my friend, can you place files inside a file?
Just create a public_html folder if you can in /home/<your username> folder/directory.

Good you did a mistake your site is located in /home/<user name>/public_html/MyMonsterMedic/
Move all contents (files and folders) of the folder MyMonsterMedic to pubilc_html folder.Using cPanel file manager. It should work then.
