FTP service is not running on cvs.x10.mx (69.175.6.94)

Hi mates! Great service you have here. Unfortunately today i had a problem while making an extremely important update to my website (im running for a bigtime job). The server cvs.x10.mx with my webpage is refusing connections on port 21 (FTP) and i haven't found a way to update my website. I needed to do that today, can you guys enable the FTP server?

me and a few other guys also have this problem. I can view my pages, I can login to cpanel but can't access my files on ftp server. I've tried a few things but it still doesn't work.

Your hosting account is on Absolut which is in the process of being moved to another server

This is very likely the cause of your current issues.

Your account is on the Fris server.
There currently seem to be some issues with FTP service on that server. Staff is working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
Also, please open your own support threads even when your issue seems similar or the the same as somebody else's issue.
