FTP Settings for Joomla and Wordpress based web sites.

What are the FTP settings that go into Joomla and Wordpress web admin panels?

I have tried server as localhost and ftp.mydomain.com
Joomla and Wordpress use port 21.

it should be your domainname.com
port 21

cpanel username and password to connect.
