FTP Troubles :/....

hello, i recently made a account, i set up a mySQL database and a FTP account, so I open my FTP client and log in, connection success..BUT, NO FILES...it just shows the server name..and nothing under it...what am i doing wrong, am i using the wrong servers?:mad::mad:

In your list of steps that you went through all the way to logging into your ftp account, you didn't ever mention uploading a site. I visited your main domain, and it shows an Index of / page and nothing else. It's indeed empty. Feel free to upload your site.

No luck with what? Are you not able to log in? Or are you not able to upload your files? What error messages are showing when you try?

What are the settings you are using, like the address and username?

yea i use the domain to log into the ftp server, and i use my FTP username and password to log in, it says it connects and everything..just no files..i can screenshot it for you if youd like to see whats goin on

For your ftp username and password, are you using your default account which is your cPanel username and password?

no, i click on FTP accounts tab, then i go to configure ftp account, and i use the info there to log in.
