FTP troubles

Hi,

I haven't been able to use FTP to view/upload files on my account. I have used Dreamweaver and also a few other FTP applications, such as FileZilla, and none of them are able to connect to the FTP.
I haven't had access for around 2 days now.

Anybody got any suggestions?

I've double checked all my details; username, password. etc
The settings have stayed the same for months, and the FTP troubles have only started these last few days.

Can you please tell me what server ip and username you are using?

USERNAME : annb

Your cPanel username is joes

Unless you added annb, it will not work.
