FTP Unable to Connect (Help!)

Hello. I am unable to connect to my site through FTP. (I get "Unable to connect." error) I have tried using Fire FTP, and File Zilla but no luck.

My x10hosting URL: http://gaming.x10hosting.com OR {The Super Heroes Clan} We Always Come Prepared!
My x10hosting Plan: Ad-enhanced (Advanced)

P.S. I have also checked that the "FTP" is "Online".

But the FTP server is "online" though.

ya you are right,i think there is some dns issue as when i tried to connect with windows command line ftp tool and i got connected ,but when i tried to connect with webbrowser or any ftp software i am unable to connect,i thinks there is some problem with server.admins please look into this problem

FTP was working fine a hour ago. I wondering whats up.

I just checked the FTP using FireFTP and FileZilla but no luck. What did you use for FTP?

hope your problem will be solved now,if problem persists try fluching dns

I restarted my computer and the FTP is back online now.
