ftp unable to connect

gettting 530 login incorrect error when trying to connect, using details as supplied on interface after creating an ftp account - filezilla as client.

Be sure you're using this:

server: ftp.sexyasianhoney.x10hosting.com
port: 21
user: [I]username[/I]@sexyasianhoney.x10hosting.com
pass: username password

Yes still kept out. tried both PASV On and off
