FTP uploaded file 404 Not Found

I was uploading my website to the server and when I tried to view some css files, some were reporting back as 404. The files are on the server and show up on the cPannel File Manager. I have tried reuploading the file and had a friend try to get the document, but he was unable.

Is there any fix to this issue?

Make sure the file name is spelled correctly -- including capitalization. foo.css is not the same as Foo.CSS

After allowing some time, all the files are loading now.
