ftp/web folder problems

I am experiencing VERY slow transfer rates (it will speed up to 15/sec and then stall for 30 seconds and then repeat) when uploaded parts of my website to yalls hosting. I also time out often when I actually do get connected. I tried connecting through Gnome's (Nautilus) built in ftp client for linux.

I also tried accessing my site via Web folders via Gnome (nautilus) and was unable to even be able to access them. It returned an "access is denied error".

Are yall experiencing any issues on your end regarding the uploading of files? Is there a good and bad time of the day to upload files? Thanks!

We are in the process of moving Lotus which will cause slowdowns.

Regarding web folders, try after the server transfer is completed.

about when should I expect that server transfer to be complete? Thanks!

Ive been trying to make some edits to my code on my website but when I view the site I see the errors (misspelled words, links to the wrong place, etc.) but when I download the file to edit it, it shows up fine I.e. whatever content I update on my computer and then upload those files to the server, it does not update the files on the server which can be clearly see whenever I view the home page of my website. Is there another location that these files are being pulled from?

I have tried clearing the cache in both FF and IE but to no avail. Thanks.

I just tried to upload the files through the cPanel file manager and it still did not update the files that I have on the server. Is there something wrong on my end? Thanks.

and now my site is down but I am sure that yall are aware of this.....hopefully this will fix the issue that I have been having with my content not being updated on my website.
