ftp won't connect?

hello,

i'm using filezilla
settings:

host: ftp.script-database.x10hosting.com
name: kolariusftp@script-database.x10hosting.com
pass: secret
port: 21


it doesn't work, anything i do wrong? it says waiting for welcome and then it timeouts

Same problem here. It's probably server load, because I can't get on cPanel to manually edit my files either.

I have been having the same problem for about 2 days now. Even when I log into my cPanel and go to my FTP accounts, all I get is the banner and the page never loads.
