Based on the answer from my previous ticket my host address for ftp transfers should be:
ftp.harvestfaith.co.cc and the default remote directory should be: public_html is that right?
I have also changed my nameservers at www.co.cc to:
ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com .
It hasn't done any good, as I am still not able to connect with your server to upload the files.
Any recommendations?

I did a lookup on your domain, and it appears to not be using our name servers.

This is what was reported by the lookup tool:
DNS servers NS.CO.CC 114.207.246.170
NS1.CO.CC 58.121.85.222
NS2.CO.CC 116.124.128.227
NS3.CO.CC 118.219.232.169

If you recently did the change, note that it can take up to 48 hours for propagation to be fully done.

Alternatively you should be able to use starka.x10hosting.com as host. Note that if you use a ftp client the ftp:// is often not needed.

Make sure you do use your cPanel user name and password as login details for ftp.

Hi techman5,
