Since yesterday I got problem with my FTP server and I would like to know why is it appening ? And when would I have acces to it again ?

they talk about MYSQL not about FTP ?

That service alert thread also talks about when the problems from the cPanel upgrade and the new MySQL server install will be solved. Just keep checking back there. If they say that all is clear and completed, and you're still having problems, post back here.
