Hi,I'm pretty much a newbie with FTP accounts and was wondering whats the easiest way to learn.Was told the only way to upload new web template for sitebuilder was to use FTP account.Any help would help.Not sure where to start. Thank You

Download the free FTP client http://filezilla-project.org/download.php

Install it on your PC.

Then enter the following details to connect via FTP to your Account.

FTP HOST: bargainshop.co.cc
FTP USER: x10904
FTP PASS: cPanel password
FTP PORT: 21

http://sitebuilder.x10hosting.com/upgrade.php.When i clicked link if came up with 2 warnings at top of page.Don't know if somethings down or not.Wouldn't load so i could upgrade
