to create FTP user accounts.(Maximum A/C allowed : 3)

That is useful .
just a small suggestion : when a new user sets up an account . It would be good to send in all the logging details( incl ftp loggin) to the email.
Cos a lot of hosting co's use different loggings for ftp .
