do we have ftp access? i tryed uploading with ftp but its says
Status: Resolving address of bthespot.com
Status: Connecting to 69.175.121.66:21...
Status: Connection attempt failed with "EACCES - Permission denied".
Error: Could not connect to server

I am able to connect to FTP, please check your firewall settings to ensure that nothing is blocking your connection, as that is what that error means (that a firewall is blocking you at some point along the line)
