Well, firstly it helps to know what FTP is: it stands for File Transfer Protocal, and essentially, as the name implies, transfers files.
Thus, you need a special client to be able to upload to FTP -- check places like Download.com, I recommend SmartFTP, and I've heard FileZilla is good as well (note to other members: this isn't a FTP recommendation topic).
To connect to your site via FTP using the client you choose, you simply enter your account details as needed: the URL of your site, your cPanel username (yours is swrpg), and your password. At the moment FTP is unable to be connected to, so just hang tight until it is ready.
