Full Recovery?

I've refrained from asking up till now, but should my website be available again now? I've been patiently trying it now & again for the past few weeks, but still nothing. As far as I know it was enabled when your problems started, so I had understood that it would be restored from your backups.
Please inform me if I need to reinstall it from scratch.

Your account is fine but there are not files on it. The timeframe to request a backup has expired. We have deleted those backups so you will have to upload your own backup or start over.
