well x10 is only searching for files that is not supposed to be on your hosting account.

Yes, as far as I know, everything on my account is legit, and I put it there.

If, by "non-illegal" you mean "not against x10hosting's TOS", yes. Proxies, chat scripts, and mass mailers can be "legal" in the sense that they are free or you have paid to purchase them, but they are "illegal" under the TOS.
