function.fwrite php

Hi folks,

I am having an issue since a couple days now. I thought it was something that I did but I re-installed the database and it is still the same.

This is the error I get:

Notice: fwrite() [function.fwrite]: send of 9 bytes failed with errno=1 Operation not permitted in /home/drumm3r/public_html/rvsslwebphp/server.php on line 61


Any one have a clue?

Make sure the file you are trying to write to has permissions of 666.
