Further Issues with PHPBB

Hey all,

So after the adaptation to the new MySQL version, I had to change the host info in my config.php to "localhost". Worked until a few days ago. Now, I'm back to the old issue.

Site: http://als.pcriot.com
Server: chopin

It happened after they did the transfer, going on here:

http://status.x10hosting.com/

Any advice on what to do?

Did the transfer change it back to what it was before, or is it "localhost"?
Try changing the username in the config file to cpanelUsername_dbUsername
Also make sure the database name also has the cpanelUsername_ prefix on it.
Chopin is still undergoing maintenance so you may have to wait another day if that doesnt help.

It is still localhost. I verified that after I saw the transfer, making sure they didn't move it based on an old archived version of the site.

Your server is chopin and probably your account is one of those that are not successfully transferred to the new Server in recent Migrations. see http://status.x10hosting.com for more info.

Wait for the transfer of accounts to be done. Everything will work after that.

May the transferring of accounts causing the server not to respond. Wait for some time and try again

Thanks! The updates on the status page have been very sporadic, so it is difficult to know the daily update. Thanks for the advice!
